Craig Ballantyne is M.Sc. and (C.S.C.S.) Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from Toronto and he writes for Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Maximum Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, and Oxygen magazines.
