About the Author

Who are Steve and Becky Holman?

Steve Holman, is the Editor in Chief of Iron Man Magazine for over 25 years.
He has been training for 35 years, since he was 15, and has been IRON MAN Magazine’s Editor in Chief for more than 20 years. He has written more than 20 books on bodybuilding, weight training and nutrition and his monthly appearance on IRON MAN magazine with his popular “Train, Eat, Grow” series, which he writes with his training partner Jonathan Lawson.

Becky has been working out on and off for more than 20 years, but she lapsed in her 30s while raising her two daughters. In her 40s she became fed up with her overweight appearance and made a radical physical transformation in only a few months. She is now a regular contributor of nutrition- based items to IRON MAN magazine, whilst Steve is IM’s Editor.

Steve and Becky Holman have been married for 27 years.

As Steve and Becky introduce us to their system they made a startling discovery – from the age of 40, man or a woman your body starts ageing a lot faster.
